All vessels 25ft and above include a licensed USCG captain. Jet skis and small pontoons can be self-drive (with a brief safety check) if weather allows.
Your rate covers the vessel, captain, fuel (unless otherwise noted), ice, and basic sound. Food, alcohol, and specialty add-ons like floating mats or catering are optional.
Industry standard is 18–20% for your captain and mate, paid at the dock or added to your Stripe invoice. We make it frictionless.
Free reschedule up to 72 hours before your start time. Captain's-call weather cancellations are always fully refunded or moved, no questions asked.
Yes — Stripe pre-authorizes a refundable damage hold based on vessel size. Nothing is charged unless there's a documented issue at post-rental inspection.
